About me
I grew up in the small, beautiful island town of Etoliko, Greece, where movement and an active lifestyle were a part of everyday life.
That early connection to fitness sparked a passion that eventually took me to Athens, where I studied Physical Education and Sports Science. Along the way, I earned certifications in Personal Training and Advanced Weight Training, which gave me the tools to help others achieve their fitness goals.
While in Athens, I worked in the field and gained valuable experience at AF Studies, where I assisted professors in teaching aspiring personal trainers the fundamentals of coaching.
Since 2011, I’ve been working as a fitness coach, learning and growing alongside my clients. I’m always striving to stay ahead in my field, which is why I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. This helps me bring the latest science and techniques into my training approach, ensuring my clients get the best possible guidance.
In 2022, I took a big step and moved to Antwerp, Belgium, where I now coach at THE BRICK ANTWERP and RED CITY COACHING AND FITNESS.
My goal is simple: to make fitness approachable and effective for everyone, whether you’re just starting or working toward elite performance.
My journey from a small island in Greece to building a career abroad has taught me that with the right plan and mindset, transformation is always within reach. I’m here to help you find your strength, build confidence, and create lasting change, one step at a time.
